Electroplating is an environmentally friendly technology in itself. The task of surface technology is to provide workpieces and products with suitable surfaces, with the aim of using raw materials and energy sparingly. Electroplating is the ideal way to achieve this goal, as functional layers, which largely determine the properties of a workpiece, are applied to the base materials with a thickness of just a few \u00b5m. The valuable raw materials are therefore used extremely sparingly and only where they are really needed.<\/p>\n

We are climate-neutral in the use of the energy required to produce the electroplated surfaces. We are increasingly using self-generated renewable energy and only purchase green electricity. The remaining CO2 emissions are offset by investments in sustainable, certified climate protection projects.<\/p>\n
